The prices were increased the second month and the service was terrible. I called to cancel after 6 months and they told me it was a 5 year contract. Their sales guy explicitly told us it was 1 year and we could cancel anytime. So now they want me to pay $ 14k to cancel the contract! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CINTAS.
One of the biggest mistake was to sign service agreement with Cintas. The whole company policy based on lie and disrespect. They tie you with contract and do not allow to get out. It's easy to get out from prison than cancel contract with Cintas. And the service is horrible

Instead of communicate, they decided to send collection. They are dishonest. They never pick up phone call. Chelsea and Alesa, the supervisor, at invoice related team were very rude and unhelpful. Instead of communicating with me about the invoice, they decided to not pick my phone after all. They are the worst human being I ever deal with. I would have given them negative 5 stars, but one star is the lowest I can get. They are worse than 1 star for sure. AVOID THEM AT All COST!
0 helpful votesI was lied to about the term of the service, our rep told us 1 year. I found out it is 5 years and if you don't cancel in writing they automatically renew. They will not let you out of your contract for any reason, only try to change services to keep you locked in your contract. I wish I would have never used their services. Wish I would have read reviews about Cintas first. Avoid this business at ALL cost! Wish I could give the a zero rating.

Prices are going up yes. but I am a small mom and pop restaurant. When I began with Cintas the quote given to me seemed fair. But over the past 2 years they have increased my weekly bill by 28% on the same rental items. And the bar towels they are bring me are mostly rags falling apart. If I increased my food items by 28%, I would no longer be in business. Also, the contract states they have the right to increase prices and the notice may be an invoice and you only have 10 day to respond. As a mom and pop, I only do accounting once a month. Way to be sneaky Cintas!

0 helpful votes February 11th, 2024I ordered scrubs and jacket as per my new workplace requirements. It took two two get scrubs, but over a month past since I paced an order and I have never received my jacket. I contacted the company multiple times on phone and via email and was informed that it was sent. No tracking number was provided to me. I'm extremely disappointed. Will call them again tomorrow.

They charge for items undelivered or not serviced. Impossible to resolve customer service and billing department. Extremely high pricing without providing what is listed on invoices. Once again avoid signing a contract or doing any business at all cost.

Beware all restaurant and franchise owners! You will regret signing up with them. About 4 years ago I signed an annual lease and cannot get out of it. They keep giving the run around whenever I tried to cancel the contract. The service is beyond horrible. I am now seeking legal advice.

Would give zero stars if I could. Do NOT use this company, they will rip you off! They consistently overcharged and then took 2000 of our napkins and never replaced or reimbursed us for them after we cancelled our service.

Same thing we didn't read our contract and were automatically renewed for another 5 years, without even the courtesy of a phone call. It's terrible the way they treat their customers and do business. Don't know how they sleep at night. Half of the time the new mats came in dirtier than the ones we were giving back. Some mats in very poor condition, usually one every delivery.

I've worked at a plant in Southeast Louisiana that has used their services for the last few years. Most employees have completely stopped using their laundering services because there is some sort of issue the majority of times. If you try to trade in or order new uniforms it will likely take months before you receive them back. This has happened repeatedly company wide. The sales reps will ignore requests for help. This has to be the worst service based company I have ever come across in my 40 years. Look elsewhere for uniform rentals.

New business owner please don't get involved with this company, they are horrible, charging $75 dollars a week for 3 drops of soap and one roll of toilet paper. They will lock you in a 5 year contract, even that I asked the sales rep about long term contract he said there was not a long commitment and you can adjust how much you wanted to spend, a lie, but since I was so busy trying to open the store, I did not read the contract in full. Don"t go with them is a waist of money and you feel stupid paying all that money for almost nothing.
I own an entire resort and work with well over a dozen different vendors. NO ONE has disappointed and frustrated me like Cintas. They lie you into a very long and tedious 5 year contract that feels like a lifetime while steadily increasing your $$$ requirements. I pay as much for paper products that go down the toilet and in the garbage can every week as I pay for liquor, beer and food that make me money! Avoid them at all costs!

I really wish I had read the reviews before signing their contract. Unfortunately, their rep was able to coerce us by showing us how much more bang for our buck we would get by switching to them. I take full responsibility for not reading all the fine print, and doing my job by researching them, but I don't want anyone else to get duped. The prices drastically went up immediately, my bills tripled from what they were, and when I tried to cancel, I was informed I had signed a 5 year contract! I don't know how I missed THAT, but now we are screwed for the next 4 years. Please avoid this company!

I am a server at a restaurant in mason Ohio. Tonight a group of your workers came in with their company "cintas" credit cards. They treated me worse than any customer I have ever had. They were so rude and continued to tell me to "hurry up we have to be some where" which I over heard was a "escape room" very urgent! Maybe go to McDonald's next time if you're in such a rush! They proceeded to throw their cards at me all at once and gave me 0 time to collect all 10 of them! Really great representation. Horrible people. I will always bring up this experience about your company. Interesting way to treat the people (service workers) who are the one buying your products and paying your bills!

It may not be a big deal to them but we pay good money and deserve our right names. I'm turning them in next week and quit wearing them so the company doesn't have to pay for them.

This company has no regard for the customer. I've been in food service for over 40 years and never seen a more unprofessional company. They short you on deliveries, and don't provide credit, they ignore problems with their service and tell you their working on it. They escalate rates to ridiculous amounts and their follow up is short of nothing. They have a nice sales rep who tries but he can only deliver and respond to what they want and that's poor management.

Like many reviews listed, we are going through similar issues. We recently found out that we have a 5 year contract that a previous CEO signed and we now can't get out of it without paying a butt-load of money. And their prices just keep going up and up without any notice. Not to mention the confusing invoices and numerous times that we haven't received the products we're paying for. I will NEVER use these guys again. If I could give negative stars, I would.
Helpful (20) 1 helpful voteWe just started with Cintas in the last 2 months. 3 of our dispensers have broken and the drain fluid for one of our products did not get filled. When the batteries die we were told they would replace them, however the driver has to be notified first. They don't keep batteries on hand. I tried customer service for the drain fluid and no one would return my call. We are in Ft. Pierce Fl and although our initial representative was nice and "sold us" he did not follow up on customer service to get sure our products worked. I would not recommend this company again to any of my affiliates. I tried to include a video of our non working paper towel dispensers but it wouldn't let me. The driver Mike tries to be helpful and he is a nice guy. The salesperson Mike did us an injustice for the prices we pay. Two thumbs down to this company.
